The following licenses are available for the digital designs offered on this website and in my Etsy shop.
If you’ve just purchased and/or downloaded a design from this website or my Etsy shop, here are the main points:
- Free and premium designs downloaded from this website or purchased from my Etsy shop automatically include a Personal Use and Small Business Commercial License.
- You can use the designs to create unlimited physical items for personal use (yourself, friends, family, gifts, etc.).
- You can sell up to 100 physical items made from the designs per design bundle.
- If you intend to create and sell more than 100 physical items made using the designs in a specific design bundle, you will need to purchase an Extended Commercial License.
- Allows for the creation and sale of up to 1,000 physical items per design bundle.

Terms of the Personal Use and Small Business Commercial License
Free and premium designs downloaded from this website or purchased from my Etsy shop automatically include this license. You are not required to give credit to FoshiFlotsam Design.
What you CAN do with this license
You can:
- Create physical crafts and items with these designs for your personal use. This means that you can create physical items for yourself or make things you’ll give as gifts to others (I encourage gift-giving! People love stuff and the people who give them stuff).
- Create and sell up to 100 physical items for each design item/bundle that you download.
- If the purchase or download includes a single design, this applies to the single design. If the purchase or download includes multiple designs (for example, three bracelet designs in a bundle), then this applies to all designs in the bundle.
- For example, you can sell up to 100 physical items total made using any of the designs in the bundle, NOT 100 physical items for each design in the bundle).
What you CANNOT do with this license
You cannot:
- Create and sell more than 100 physical items per design bundle that you download for free or purchase (for this, you’ll need an Extended Commercial License, detailed below).
- For free items, the license only applies for the first download. Subsequent downloads will not include another license.
- Create something for your business use, such as a logo, social media or blog banners and graphics, ebook or white paper designs, etc.
- Create any derivative digital works based on any or all items.
- Resell, claim as your own, or redistribute the digital files in any format under any circumstance.
- Alter, modify, vary, re-size, reverse engineer, or amend any or all the designs from FoshiFlotsam Design in any way, and then make them available to others in digital form.
- Use any or all items to generate, create, associate the items to, or produce material or articles that are defamatory, offensive, harmful, or abusive in any way.
- Upload the files/designs or elements from them to “print-on-demand” websites.
- Transfer the license to another person or business.

Terms of the Extended Commercial License
If you’d like to create and sell more than 100 physical items using the free and premium designs on this website and/or my Etsy shop, you’ll need to purchase this license. It allows for the sale of up to 1,000 physical items per design bundle. You are not required to give credit to FoshiFlotsam Design.
How it works
- Download a free item from this website, or purchase a premium design bundle from my Etsy shop.
- Purchase ONE Extended Commercial License for each free or premium design bundle that you purchase and/or download.
Example:
Say you purchase three design bundles from my Etsy shop and you’d like to make and sell:
- Between 101 to 1,000 physical items using designs from Bundle 1
- Between 101 to 1,000 physical items using designs from Bundle 2
You would purchase TWO Extended Commercial Licenses. One for Bundle 1, and one for Bundle 2.
What you CAN do with this license
You can:
- Create and sell up to 1,000 physical items for each design item/bundle that you download.
- If the purchase or download includes a single design, this applies to the single design. If the purchase or download includes multiple designs (for example, three bracelet designs in a bundle), then this applies to all designs in the bundle.
